From 1991-2000, I had sat-in-on, and/or directed, many editors and editing sessions. But my first “hands-on” editing experience was Shorty’s “Guilty”. No one was tasked for the job, so I bought my own editing system and got to work. I made a few practice edits first, that I called the “Practice Projects”. It was about 5 or 6 short edits. I used a bunch of random clips that were laying around and played with building some different transitions. I set it to some music that I liked and… This is one of them that we’ll call “The Z-Trip Edit”. Enjoy. -EHatch
